How do we protect your information?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure with us and our partners. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

All suppliers or third parties that store personal data owned by us are obliged to comply to GDPR by data processing agreements.

Where do we store your information?

We use a Enterprise Resourse Planning system (ERP system) for orders, quotes, invoicing, accounting and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for existing and potential business customers as well as suppliers and partners. In these systems we can associate a company with personal data such as job title, department, first name, last name, e-mail address and phone numbers. The storage of data for these systems takes place on servers maintained and protected by a third party IT service supplier, where the servers are located within the European Union.

How long will we keep your information?

We will keep your information for as long as necessary to provide services or other necessary purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations (eg, under the Accounting Act), settling disputes and fulfilling our agreements. Since these needs may vary for different types of data and for different contexts, actual retention periods may vary. In order to determine when the data will be deleted, it is primarily the purpose that decides.
Certain datas are deleted continuously, for example data collected through cookies.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
